The City of Devine will provide excellent customer service, quality utility services, stable government and a diverse and healthy business environment that promotes a strong local economy. The City will create a unique, clean and welcoming image throughout the entire community. The City will attract new businesses, retain and expand existing businesses that will contribute to the overall redevelopment and development of the City of Devine.
