COVID-19 Public Meeting Procedures

Citizens are encouraged to watch City Council Meetings Live Stream rather than in person due to concerns related to the spread of COVID-19.  Citizens wishing to address the City Council can submit comments on any topic or agenda item electronically by utilizing this CITIZEN COMMENT/INPUT FORM.  You can also come by City Hall’s Drive Thru and pick up a Comment Form or call City Hall at 830-663-2804 to request a form be e-mailed to you. Please limit your comment/input to 1,000 characters.

The deadline to submit your Citizen Comment Form is 11:00 PM, of the day before the Council Meeting. You can email your comment form to citysec@cityofdevine.com.  All Comment Forms will be given to the Mayor and Council prior to the Council Meeting and will be placed into the record of each meeting.

These Comments/Input shall serve as Public Comments under Texas Government Code 551.007.
