The Office of the City Secretary is custodian of all City records and maintains permanent files of City business. This includes contracts, deeds, minutes of all City Council meetings, ordinances, and other official City documents.
Public information and public requests are handled through the City Secretary’s office. Request to be placed on City Council Agenda is handled through this office also.
The City Secretary’s office handles the Election Process and keeps all necessary forms and proper election procedures mandated by the State and Federal governments. The following open records request can be downloaded from the link below, filled out and returned to the City Secretary’s office.
The City Secretary is also the Assistant City Administrator for the City Administrator.
