CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE ​
The City Administrator is appointed by City Council and is Chief Executive Officer of the City. The City Administrator is responsible for the operations of all departments of the city. Responsibilities are staff organizational management, personnel appointment and removal, preparation and execution of the City Budget, as well as administration of City Ordinances and policy as adopted by Council.
The City Administrator establishes service priorities in order to meet the needs of the community and advises City Council Members about the financial requirements needed to provide those services.
The City Administrator also interacts with various elements of the community, including members of the legislative delegation, the business community and other government bodies.

CITY SECRETARY'S OFFICE
The Office of the City Secretary is custodian of all City records and maintains permanent files of City business. This includes contracts, deeds, minutes of all City Council meetings, ordinances, and other official City documents.
Public information and public requests are handled through the City Secretary’s office. Request to be placed on City Council Agenda is handled through this office also.
The City Secretary’s office handles the Election Process and keeps all necessary forms and proper election procedures mandated by the State and Federal governments. The following open records request can be downloaded from the link below, filled out and returned to the City Secretary’s office. The City Secretary is also the Assistant City Administrator for the City Administrator.​

CITY FINANCE OFFICE
The City Accountant is responsible for managing the city’s financial resources. This includes accounts payable, payroll, and cash management; administering the investment policies and practices to ensure a maximum rate of return on investments; ensuring that the assets of the City are adequately protected and providing regular financial reports to the City Administrator and City Council.
The Accountant coordinates with the City Administrator and Department Heads during the budget process preparing the annual budget. Also works with the administrator to ensure compliance with the budget as adopted by the Council.
The Accountant works with City Auditors and Financial Advisor during the annual audit Process to ensure that all mandated standards are met as required by Federal, State and City laws.
